Super helpful staff, clean and peaceful bungalows, comfortable bed, good pool, great breakfast options.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from the main road where you can find restaurants, transportation offices, and shops. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and hot water in the bathroom. the hotel also offers free bicycle rentals, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area easily.

There were roosters in the vicinity of the hotel that made a lot of noise early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

Directions were confusing.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely bungalow. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the rooms were comfortable with good amenities. Despite a few minor plumbing issues, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to bars and restaurants. We especially appreciated the bikes available for hire, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was tasty, although some more variety would have been nice. we highly recommend this hotel for a friendly, relaxing, and clean stay.

This hidden gem exceeded all our expectations! The location is PERFECT, just off the main street, allowing us to enjoy peace and quiet while being close to all the action. The bungalows are incredibly modern and spacious, with jaw-droppingly comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, always there to help us and provide superb service. We loved the free bike rental and the delicious breakfast options, freshly made and accompanied by refreshing fruits. We can't wait to return to this mind-blowing place on our next visit to Ninh Binh!
